Business Manager
The Business Manager visa is for foreign nationals who will manage and operate a company that they have set up in Japan or those who will assume a managerial role in senior management of a corporation.
In order to obtain a Business Manager visa, an applicant must meet the following requirements.
- Have a dedicated office that is exclusively for use of the business
- Have either have employed two or more regular, full-time employees or have made a capital contribution of at least 5 million yen
- Have prepared a business plan describing the stability and viability of the business
- When assuming a management role of a business, at least three years of business management experience
